I absolutely loved my stay at Mokara! The hotel is perfectly situated right on the Riverwalk with stunning views. The rooms are spacious, inviting, and equipped with every convenience you could think of, including a private outdoor space with comfy sun chairs and even an umbrella. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The location couldn't have been better for exploring downtown San Antonio, although it was a bit disappointing that some services shut down early on a Saturday. The dining experience was delightful, with delicious dishes served by friendly staff. Overall, a wonderful experience with great value for money.

The service at Mokara was exceptional. The staff was professional, attentive, and understanding, particularly when we had to make a sudden change to our booking. They truly went out of their way to ensure we were well taken care of.

Mokara's location is truly magnificent, right on the Riverwalk, allowing for easy exploration of the area with shops, dining options, and even the Majestic theater within walking distance. The only downside was some closures in the area at 3 pm on a Saturday.

I couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience! The room was large and well-stocked with excellent turn-down service, at a prime Riverwalk location. I loved the suites with whirlpool baths and four-poster beds. The hotel was beautiful, had a great location, an amazing bed, and a convenient room with many things available to use like a speaker and stand-up shower. However, the service was terrible at the Mokara, and although expensive, it was very quick and professional. The attention to detail and customer service at the location was remarkable. The dining was good but a bit pricey, and the option with Amex Plat Fine Hotels was a nice touch. The hotel's cleanliness and attention to detail made me feel like I was in another world. The package with the homemade products was a bonus.
